Gregory J. Koldys
Gregory J. Koldys has more than thirty years of experience as a practicing attorney. He has a background in corporate law, estate planning, and labor law. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and received his Doctor of Laws degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University. He was awarded a Master of Laws degree in taxation from Boston University.
In addition to corporate and labor law, Attorney Koldys’ areas of concentration include tax debt relief, real estate/zoning/commercial leasing matters and civil litigation in state and federal courts. He is authorized to practice law in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and the Federal Courts. Attorney Koldys is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and was formerly a member of the Labor Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Mary E. Kelleher
Mary E. Kelleher has been practicing law for more than thirty years. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth summa cum laude and received her Doctor of Laws degree from Boston College Law School.
Attorney Kelleher’s areas of concentration include business entity formation and representation, civil litigation, estate planning and administration, family law, guardianships and administrative law. Attorney Kelleher was formerly a fishing industry liaison to the United States Small Business Administration.
Attorney Kelleher has extensive experience appearing in courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court of Massachusetts. She is authorized to practice law in Massachusetts and the Federal Courts of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Jay Horowitz, of Counsel
Jay L. Horowitz, with more than thirty years as a practicing attorney, has extensive experience with tax matters and concentrates in tax debt relief and corporate law. Attorney Horowitz holds a Bachelors and Masters degrees in business administration from Suffolk University. He was awarded the Doctor of Laws degree from Suffolk University. In addition, he has a masters degree in professional accounting from Northeastern University.
Virginia C. Beams, of Counsel
Attorney Beams is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Florida with substantial federal court experience. Attorney Beams is a former Law Clerk to the US District Judge Shelby Highsmith in the Miami division of the Southern District of Florida. She also worked as a Staff Attorney for Senior US District Judge James C. Paine in the West Palm Beach division.
